Fit Guide

We've tried to keep our method of measuring glasses simple. This guide should tell you the ABC's (...and D's and E's) of how our measurements are, well....measured.

We've measured them in millimeters and have rounded to the nearest one to keep it easy. There are 25.4 millimeters in one inch, so if you want to convert a measurement to inches, you just need to divide the number of millimeters by 25.4.

Frame Width (A)
Bridge Width (B)
Lens Height (C)
Lens Width (D)
Temple Length (E)
Our "A" Measurement refers to Frame Width. This measurement is taken by measuring from the inside of the temple to the inside of the opposite temple. Our "B" Measurement refers to Bridge Width. This measurement refers to the space between the right and left lenses where the glasses fit on the nose. Our "C" Measurement refers to Lens Height. This measurement is taken by measuring the height of the lens itself and does not include the width of the frame that holds the lens in place. Our "D" Measurement refers to Lens Width. This measurement is taken by measuring the width of the lens itself and does not include the width of the frame that holds the lens in place. Our "E" Measurement refers to Temple Length. This measurement is taken by running an imaginary (straight) line from the joint where the temple arm meets the frame to the edge of the ear stem.
